• Start

We need to know the project. Necessary materials can  be sent by e-mail, using WeTransfer or other similar  platform.

    scope of the project

    brief conceptual description

    site localization / google coordinates

summary of project program / functions

    pictures of the site

    landscape description

    material descriptions or references

    furniture: 3D model or references

    possible viewpoints

    lighting and mood reference

  • Model

We accept models done in Rhino, Revit, Archicad,  3ds Max, Sketchup. Models should be exported to  most commonly used 3D formats: DWG, OBJ, FBX  or 3DS. Make sure that your model is:

    lis clean and readable

is organized by well described layers

there are no hidden layers or objects

    doesn’t contain unnecessary information

    window glass is without thickness

    geometry is optimized

points are welded and faces are not coplanar

no multiple objects at the same position

    units are consistent

model is at 0.0.0 or close

    texture references are attached

This is a good example for 6-8 rendering images

  • Modeling

We will check the model details, and set up the camera(s) in 3dMax.

You will receive the model renders to confirm/comment on the camera angle(s), geometry and image compositions.

You can comment on these aspects.

Please gather your final comments into one comprehensive file.

We also need to confirm the references images at meanwhile or in advance so we could test the sun light general feeling etc.

    (3 working days)

  • Rendering Preview

We test the mapping, materials, lighting, entourages, etc. based on the confirmed reference images.

1st round preview in low resolution will be sent at this phase. You can comment on those aspects mentioned above.

If there is enough time, we will also do some post work on this rendering preview.

Please gather your final comments into one comprehensive file.

Major geometry changes and sunlight changes will bring us huge repetitive workload and therefore generate extra costs. That is why we need to confirm the geometry and reference images in the modeling stage.

(3 working days, workload finished 80-95%)

  • Post Work Preview

We render high-resolution image and further work on the atmosphere, contrast, mood, people, activities, colorization highlights, etc.

You will receive the further developed 2nd preview in low resolution at this stage.

We will only address post work comments, please try to avoid large area of re-rendering comments.

Please gather your final comments into one comprehensive file.

Please understand large area re-rendering comments will bring us huge repetitive workload and therefore may generate extra costs.

(3 working days, workload finished 95-100%)
